Zgody terms of service

1. Provider

The Zgody service is provided by idea4me.pl sp. z o.o., ul. Składowa 5, 62-023 Żerniki, KRS 0001251289, NIP (VAT ID) PL7773471952 (the provider). Contact: alex.ai@idea4me.pl.

2. The service

Zgody is a cookie consent system for websites: a consent banner, blocking of scripts until consent, Google Consent Mode v2 support, a log of visitor decisions, a cookie scanner and a cookie declaration. It runs in the browser once one line of code is added to the website.

3. Trial version

The service is currently offered as a free trial. The provider may change features, introduce limits (such as the number of websites per account) and end the trial. Any fees will be announced at least 30 days in advance; nothing will be charged without accepting the new terms.

During the trial the provider does not guarantee any specific availability of the service.

4. Account

An account is created by a person acting for the company or organisation that runs the website. Registration requires confirming the email address. Login details must be kept safe; the account holder is responsible for actions taken in the account.

Only websites you manage may be added. The provider may block an account or remove a website if its use breaks the law or these terms, or threatens the operation of the service.

5. Customer obligations

The customer is the controller of the personal data of its website visitors. The customer is responsible for the banner text and privacy policy, for assigning scripts and cookies to categories and for the website's legal compliance. The service is a tool that helps with this - it is not legal advice.

The cookie scanner only runs for websites with a confirmed script installation.

6. Data processing on behalf of the customer

For the consent log the provider processes data on behalf of the customer (Art. 28 GDPR): a random consent ID, time and content of the decision, page path, a hash of the truncated IP address (the full address is never stored) and a short browser description. The data is used only as proof of consent and for the customer's statistics. A data processing agreement is available on request.

7. Ending the service

The customer may remove the code from the website at any time and ask for the account to be deleted (email alex.ai@idea4me.pl). The consent log can be downloaded as CSV beforehand.

8. Complaints and changes

Complaints and questions: alex.ai@idea4me.pl. We reply within 14 days. Changes to these terms are announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
